Since 2005, Jeroen has been an attorney at the Antwerp bar, assisting organizations with all their legal issues related to infrastructure projects, environment, and energy. He works on both litigation and contract negotiation, as well as strategy.

Since 2007, Jeroen has shared his experience in various real estate training programs. Furthermore, he is the co-chair of the Energy & Environmental Commission of the International Young Lawyers Association, vice-chairman of the Flemish Environmental Experts Association VLAMEX Community, and has been a core editor of the Environment and Energy Law journal for over 10 years. Since September 2022, Jeroen has been a voluntary research assistant at the University of Antwerp.

Collectively, this experience provides an indispensable all-encompassing legal and strategic foundation for all your infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects.

Since 2015, Tinneke has been an attorney at the Antwerp bar and is mainly engaged in permit procedures and spatial planning at DC Advocaten. She served as Alderman for Spatial Planning in the Municipality of Willebroek for 12 years. Thanks to this hands-on experience, Tinneke not only possesses legal knowledge but also an extensive practical background. This allows her to better assist you in making the right strategic choices in all aspects.

Tinneke’s major strength? Articulating complex legal issues to the point. She happily shares her knowledge through a variety of training programs.

Since 2014, Pim has been primarily focused on (private) construction law, real estate law, and disputes related to the execution of public contracts. Additionally, he specializes in various construction insurances and attachment procedures.

Pim has taught at the University of Antwerp, gives lectures, and regularly publishes contributions related to his fields of expertise. Furthermore, he teaches at the trainee school of the Order of Flemish Bars.

In addition to his passion for his areas of expertise, Pim has a keen interest in Legal Tech. He closely follows the development of new programs and actively implements new processes to organize both his own work and the operations of the office as efficiently as possible.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven and is pursuing a specialized Master’s in Environmental Law and Public Real Estate Law at Université Saint Louis in Brussels. After an Erasmus exchange at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, she started as a summer intern in 2020 and subsequently as a legal consultant. Starting September 2023, she works as a trainee lawyer at the Antwerp bar.

Sara specializes in spatial planning and urban development. As a Legal Consultant at DC Advocaten, she primarily provides advice and support for permit and spatial planning procedures.

Jonathan graduated in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp and started as a full-time lawyer at DC Advocaten after a few months of internship. With his major in criminal law and minor in public law, Jonathan focuses on environmental law enforcement.

Thanks to his volunteer work with the youth organization and youth council, Jonathan learned to improvise in challenging situations and excels in motivating different parties to come to a solution together – a quality that proves invaluable in the field of law time and time again.
